Robert served as the CFO for Dejana Industries LLC during the same time period as I served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. We had a good working relationship based on mutual trust and respect. Robert was very effective in leading his team in a manner that encouraged cooperation between our departments. He demonstrated servant leadership while also leading by example. He provided the necessary support to sales that allowed us to grow rapidly. His personal and business ethics were unquestionable. He demonstrated a professional commitment at all times to the organization. I have no doubt he will be a valued team member at any organization he joins in the future.
